Metolius is one of our most “exuberant” barndominiums. Originally designed for a rural site near Prineville, Oregon, its prominent mono pitch roof form with a butterfly dormer and deeply overhanging second story deck projection provide a strong visual energy to the structure.
Three 12’ x 36’ RV bays, (2 with 10’ doors, 1 with a 14’ door) will accommodate all your toys and RV’s. The lower level also includes 324 SF of living and storage area (Office? Den?).
The upper level Living Area is a roomy 576 SF with an eat-in Kitchen, a large 12’ x 16’ bedroom with en-suite full Bath and the aforementioned 312 SF covered Deck. The butterfly window dormer runs the length of the upper level plan.
Like many of our barndominium plans, the modular pole structure format lends itself to easy expansion alternatives.
