Shasta is an RV Barn with caretaker’s quarters originally designed for a rural property in Central Oregon. The 900 SF Shop is 32’ long x 14’+ high and will accommodate a very large RV; the Studio residence is 500 SF with floor-to-ceiling natural light, and Kitchen, Bath and Living / Dining space.
It’s a plan that holds lots of possibilities for expansion. We have always had the impulse to pair a similar unit along side it with a lower see-through Entry module connecting the two; it could be stretched out in a linear fashion as well.
