All the amenities of Bachelor + Bachelor II (see below) with a 12’ modular extension of the Shop downstairs and the Loft apartment upstairs. Each of the Loft spaces – Flex Room, Kitchenette, Bath and Bedroom – has been expanded to make the Loft a very comfortable + livable apartment.
Bachelor III is a dynamic 3,732 SF pole barn structure with a 1080 SF 1BR, 1Bath living area + 216 SF Office downstairs, a 544 SF upstairs Loft, a 1,232 SF Shop and 1300 SF of covered outdoor patio + deck including a12’ x 60’ RV / Boat storage space.
BACHELOR II
All of the amenities of Bachelor (see below) plus a 216 SF Office downstairs, a 404 SF upstairs Loft with a Flex Room, a 12’ x 12’ Bedroom with full Bath and a galley Kitchenette. Bachelor II has a total living area of 1700 SF, an 800 SF Shop and 1200 SF covered outdoor patio + deck including a 12’ x 48’ RV / Boat storage space.
BACHELOR
The ultimate Man Cave, our flagship design is Bachelor, named after the iconic Cascade ski area. A 1,080 square foot living area surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass, a 1,080 square foot shop with 16 feet of overhead clearance and 1200 square feet of covered outdoor living area pack lots of bang for the buck into this versatile plan. The original Owner (a bachelor, of course) described it as “Everything I need and nothing I don’t.”
A signature feature of Bachelor is the Atrium – a twelve foot square planter with open skylight above placed strategically at the center of the plan provides visual interest and affectively day-lights the entire home.

DESCRIPTION
A spacious open plan in a relatively small footprint is the hallmark of this pole barn home. Diagonal views through the home, unique window placements and the eleven foot high ceiling allow Bachelor to live larger than it actually is.
Bachelor has it all: a large Kitchen with a 4’ x 12’ eat in counter is open to the comfortable but cozy Living Room with its hard-working hearth + woodstove – lots of firewood storage within a durable and handsome low concrete enclosure. The Bath includes a large counter with ample storage and an over-sized walk-in shower; the Utility Room doubles (triples?) as a mud room, pantry and laundry with room for plenty of built-in storage, a stacked washer / dryer, a laundry tub and a shoe bench.
Built-in side tables + lamps + platform bed, an 8’ wide by 11’ high window wall and the idiosyncratic floor level window define the Sleeping Area. The moon view up through the Atrium skylight will delight you without lifting your head from the pillow, and the Closet is a generous 6’ x 12’ x nine foot high room!
All of your toys will fit in the 1080 SF shop, and translucent corrugated panels above the 12’ x 14’ high roll-up door and the high wall will daylight the space.
Finally, there are more than 1200 SF of outdoor covered living spaces in addition to the Atrium planter including a 12’ x 48’ RV / Boat storage space.
